Team Suit

We will be using the same team suit this summer. Please make sure to purchase your suit in plenty of time prior to our first meet on May 7. The team suit is required! This is your team uniform! The Lakers uses an online store for our suit sales. All items will be shipped directly to you. Shipping is free for orders totaling $49 or more and $4.95 for orders of less than $49. You can purchase goggles and other swimming items from our vendor. (Click here for some advice about goggles!)

All swimmers are required to wear our 2022 team suit at meets. Swimmers can wear any suit to practice, but girls are encouraged to wear one-piece suits and boys are encouraged to wear jammers. We selected our team suit based on size, price, and availability.

New in 2021--The Austin Hills Swim League no longer allows swimmers to wear "technical suits" or kneeskins. Swimmers wearing these suits to meets will be disqualified from their individual and relay events. This rule includes the All Star meet.

All swimmers will receive a team swim cap. Please wear our swim cap to practice and meets. If you have a cap or suit from another team.....please wear those items when you represent that other team!

The girls suit is the Dolfin RELIANCE Navy/Blue/Green Colorblock DBX Back (9974C). Elsmore team price: $41.50 --> click here to order online and have it shipped directly to you

The boys suit is the Dolfin RELIANCE Navy/Blue/Green Colorblock jammer (8974C). Elsmore team price: $34.00  --> click here to order online and have it shipped directly to you

About the Lakeway Lakers

The Lakeway Lakers summer swim team began in 2003 when the Lakeway Swim Center first opened. The Lakers team is a nonprofit organization in the State of Texas and is federally exempt under Section 501(c)(7) of the IRS code. The team is run entirely by volunteers and is completely self-funded. Membership is open to swimmers who meet the eligibility requirements. We offer a fun and supportive environment for beginning and experienced swimmers, stroke development and stroke refinement, and competitive events at which to swim. Swimmers on our team range in age from 5-1/2 to younger teens, and our swimmers have a range of abilities, from experienced summer leaguers to newbies. Many of our swimmers have gone on to be successful USA Swimming, high school, and collegiate athletes, and many have competed at Junior Nationals, Nationals, and even the Olympic Trials. Our summer season is about good swimming and good sportsmanship, in a fun, neighborhood setting.

Want to keep swimming all summer or year-round? Swimmers can join our partner club, Capital Area Aquatics at Lakeway, which practices in the mornings at the Lakeway Swim Center through the summer and in the afternoons during the school year. CAA is a year-round USA Swimming club.
